Chocolate Powder Colouring Green

  • Available in 5g or 100g pots Weight is Approximate Only
  • Stong colour, little goes a long way
  • Does not water down product it is being add to

Also great for colouring buttercream icing.

Colour Mixing

To Make Coloured Chocolate
Mix a small amount (like a sprinkle of salt and pepper) to the warm melted white chocolate.

To Make a Variety of Colours
Add 2 or more colouring powders to white chocolate etc to achieve a wonderful variety of colours and shades.

To Make Black
Add green, blue and red to the  warm melted white chocolate, mix then add lilac.

To Colour Candyfloss
Use 1 quarter of a teaspoon of colouring to 3kg sugar.

TIPS
Only ever use oil based colours in chocolate. (Cake decorating colours are not suitable to use in chocolate.)
